ILG was developed to assist insurance company owners in capturing, managing and tracking leads, as staff converts them into sales.
The ILG system is initiated upon the completion of a point of sale auto or travel insurance transaction. The system prompts CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) with tailored questions that are set up by an administrator. The tailored questions provide a visual reminder for CSR's to cross-sell additional insurance offerings.
The lead capture and management tool saves lead data, automates email messaging and tracks progress towards reaching individual and brokerage sales goals. Your staff becomes accountable for their work while managers can monitor goals and closing ratios.
