Company History

Web Wizards Inc. was started in 1995 by Marshall Posner and Matthew Amihude as a service to bring Internet access and training to companies and individuals that were beginners to the Internet. It quickly evolved into one of the leading providers of web-based application and e-commerce development in Winnipeg. In 1996 we established our own hosting company, Ultimate Internet Corp to host our own development applications and websites as well as applications for companies around the globe. By 2001, we had a client base of over 400 in every industry you could imagine including such prominent companies as McDonalds, Great West Life, IBM, and Rogers.

In 2002, we created a new division, Planned Legacy (PL), which provides custom solutions to the non-profit sector in the areas of architectural donor recognition, digital signage, interactive recognition and digital directories. PL has quickly grown to become the leader in interactive donor wall technology in North America. At present, we have installations in some of the most prestigious university campuses and hospitals both locally and around North America including Harvard University, Indiana State University, University of Manitoba, St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, and Presbyterian Health Care.
